Return/Refund Policy:

There is no return policy. Order once placed and received cannot be returned.

The refund will be processed within 2-3 working days only in case the order is cancelled before its out for delivery.

The refund will be initiated immediately after cancellation into the same bank account from which the payment was made.


Shipping Policy:

All orders are delivered between 10 am – 8 pm on all days (including Sundays).

Same day delivery is available. Order will be delivered within 2-3 hours after placing the order or at the timing of your preference between above mentioned time

Delivery charges on all orders will be applied.

If the product ordered is not available, it may be substituted with next best available flavour or design.

If flowers ordered are not available, not fresh or highly expensive it may be substituted with next best type of flowers for bouquet.


All the discounts are decided by Creative Hands team and none of the Discount and offers can be clubbed together.

Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 2 hrs of the actual delivery.

Any changes to the order would be entertained if requested before 2 hrs of the actual delivery. 

Any complaint of delivered products will be considered within 24 hrs of the delivery. Customers need to report the issue to customer support channels via Calls, WhatsApp or Emails.

Due to perishable nature of the product delivery will only be attempted once. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

1. Wrong shipping/delivery address.

2. Recipient not available.

3. Premises locked.

4. Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.

5. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

If we find out any fraudulent behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order.


 We never ask you for any of your personal bank details. Please do not share your personal bank details like Card Number/Pin/CVV/OTP/Card Expiry Date/UPI Pin, over Phone/Mail/SMS to anyone.
